Gelu is made in batch freezers, which are large ice cream machines. Fruit is pureed, mixed with sugar, water and other flavorings to provide the smooth, flavorful result that is Gelu!

Shaved ice is just ice with syrup that runs to the bottom. Gelu’s smooth, scooped like ice cream, and every bite brings the flavor, start to finish.
